Your First Visit at Goodman Dental Care in Tucson
Thank you for choosing Goodman Dental Care in Tucson, where we have created a comfortable environment in which you can feel confident about the dental care you receive. Before your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early and be prepared to fill-out all the insurance, health information and medical history forms.
New patient appointments usually last 1.5 hours during which we will strive to become familiar with your past dental care experiences, check your oral environment health status and establish a treatment or prophylaxis plan accordingly. In order to correctly identify your treatment needs, you will benefit from a comprehensive exam and a full set of digital x-rays.
Please try to arrive 10 minutes early for subsequent appointments to make sure you have the time for registration. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled in case you fail to arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Insurance
Dental insurance can help you get quality dental services without the financial strain of its costs. We will always do our best to verify your insurance in advance of your appointment so long as you supply us all needed information a minimum 2 business days before your scheduled visit.
It is important to understand that the patient is responsible for the dental care costs that are not supported by their insurance plan. Please remember to bring your insurance card for each appointment.
